Reputation management

A fake review, an account impersonating your company or a post that costs you customers. You need it resolved fast, in a way that holds up with the platform and in court.

Online reputation management (ORM) controls what people find about a company or a person in search, on social networks and on review sites. We file documented reports of unlawful content and policy violations on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Reddit and support review cases on Glassdoor, TripAdvisor and Trustpilot. The platform or a court decides on removal, and we build the case so it has a real chance.

When to call us

  1. A fake, false or abusive review sits on a platform.

  2. Someone else's account impersonates your company or harasses you.

  3. A negative post on Reddit, Facebook, Instagram or TikTok is spreading and showing up in search.

  4. Ratings on Glassdoor, TripAdvisor or Trustpilot cost you candidates and customers.

What we'll do for you

  • Reputation audit: what Google, AI answers and review sites show about you
  • Reports of unlawful content and policy violations: posts and accounts on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Reddit
  • Review support on Glassdoor, TripAdvisor, Trustpilot and Google: evidence, reporting and follow-up with the platform
  • Legal steps where content is unlawful: takedown letters, GDPR and Digital Services Act requests, work with a lawyer
  • Replies to reviews and collection of genuine reviews from happy customers
  • Pushing harmful results down with quality content and PR, mention monitoring and a check on what AI answers say about you

How it works

The work runs in three steps: audit, filings, content and reviews.

  1. Audit: what people and AI find about you.
  2. Filings: reports with evidence and legal steps.
  3. Content and reviews: pushing harmful results down.
  4. Result: You know what people find about you, and you have a plan to change it.

What you get out of it

  • A clear picture of what customers, candidates and investors find about you
  • Reports with evidence that a platform has to assess
  • Genuine reviews and factual replies that outweigh the bad ones
  • Monitoring that tells you before your customers find out

What it costs

We set fixed prices per individual task, such as a reputation audit, a single filing or handling review replies. We send the price list on request. Legal representation is paid separately.

The Daniel & Friends team has delivered over 750 projects in 15+ countries and helped clients generate over $19M in revenue.

Frequently asked questions

Can you delete a negative review or post?

Only when it breaks the platform's rules or the law, for example a fake review, abuse, personal data or an account impersonating you. Then we file a documented report and follow it through. True criticism cannot be removed and we do not try. The platform or a court decides the outcome, so no honest provider guarantees removal.

Do you pay for deletions, buy fake reviews or hack accounts?

No. Those methods break platform rules and the law, and end with a penalty on your profile. We work only with reports, legal steps and content.

Which platforms do you cover?

On Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Reddit we handle posts and accounts. For reviews we help on Glassdoor, TripAdvisor, Trustpilot and Google. The route differs by platform, which is why we start with an audit.

How long does it take?

We prepare a filing within a few days. Platforms respond on their own rules and workload, roughly within days to weeks, and some cases have to be repeated. No platform commits to an exact deadline.

What if a real customer wrote the review?

Then we do not remove it. We reply factually and in public, solve the customer’s problem and ask happy customers for reviews so the ratings balance out. A real experience a company puts right convinces readers more than five stars with no comment.

How is reputation management different from PR?

PR builds the company’s image in the media and with the public. Reputation management handles specific content on platforms and in search: reviews, posts, accounts and search results. The two complement each other and we run them in one team.

How do I spot a dishonest review-removal service?

It promises a 100% success rate, asks for payment before it looks at your case, offers risk-free deletion or claims to pay platform staff. An honest provider shows the method, guarantees no result and explains the legal basis of every filing.
